I'd like to start off by saying that if you're not a fan of logos on your gear/equipment the tiny text on the front comes off VERY easily with a few dabs of nail acetone (nail polish remover) on the end of a Q-Tip or cotton swab.
I bought this case for long travel purposes and it has suited the job perfectly since obtaining it. I have seen and tried many other cases since getting this one and I always come back to this case without a second thought. The hardshell internal structure is near perfect with trigger depressions and button lifts to ensure nothing is being pressed in when closed or stored over long periods. And the same hardshell protects very well against drops, squishes, and accidental tumbles out of your bag and down the stairs (I'm not kidding, it's great).
There's no strap inside to hold it down, so that's a little bit of a negative if you're concerned about dropping your Switch out of the case upon opening it, but that's really up to you to be careful, right? The slip cover protects the screen with a nice soft material and the opposite side that faces you has slots for game storage.
It doesn't get much better AND simpler than this.

This case is great! My switch is very well protected when I bring it to work to play on my lunch break. It works great for me since I only have digital games on my switch and usually travel with little to no accessories or anything.

The Zippers Do Not Operate Smoothly

I like how thin the case is and the overall feel of materials but the zippers do not operate smoothly. They get stuck around the corners when opening or closing the case which is somewhat disappointing. Comes with with black sleeve which fits the screen by its self perfectly but wont close with it inside of the case. Might be good for packing a few small accessories to throw in a bag. Over all great case, I just wish the zippers worked well.

Perfect travel case. Not bulky provides great protection. I don’t need a place for cables because I don’t need to charge it every time I take out of backpack. Keep charge cable in backpack.
