tomtoc, inc. warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered, notwithstanding age. If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship we will repair the bag at our discretion.

Any damages resulting from normal wear, tear and use that affect the functionality of the bag are not covered during the warranty period.

* Return and replacement costs incurred under valid warranty claims will be covered by tomtoc.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues that DO NOT affect the functionality of the bag, and accidental damage.

We strongly advise against machine washing tomtoc products. Damage from machine washing or dryer voids the warranty.

tomtoc is not responsible for wear and tear naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use that DO NOT affect the functionality of the bag, which includes changes in color, abrasions, and general breakdown of materials over time.

Warranty service does not cover any accidental damages which include rips or cuts in fabric, animals chewing or clawing on our products, as well as damage arising from airline abuse and others.
