tomtoc, inc. warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller. You can claim two (2) year warranty by registering your product through here with the product serial number.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered, notwithstanding age. If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship we will repair the bag at our discretion. Any damages resulting from normal wear, tear and use that affect the functionality of the bag are covered during the warranty period.
Please contact our support team via Contact us page and include clear photos of both the entire product and a close-up of the defect, along with your order details for warranty verification—we'll investigate and resolve your issue promptly.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues that DO NOT affect the functionality of the bag, and accidental damage.
We strongly advise against machine washing tomtoc products. Damage from machine washing or dryer voids the warranty.
tomtoc is not responsible for wear and tear naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use that DO NOT affect the functionality of the bag, which includes changes in color, abrasions, and general breakdown of materials over time.
Warranty service does not cover any accidental damages which include rips or cuts in fabric, animals chewing or clawing on our products, as well as damage arising from airline abuse and others.

FAQ For Custom Product
Shipping
NO. At the beginning of this custom-made project, we only provide free Economy Fedex Shipping services for the time, and we cannot speed up the delivery by increasing the price. Of course, all import taxes and duties as well as the VAT are already included in the sale price, no additional costs will be charged.
About 4 weeks. After your product has been customized for a week, it needs to go through air transit and domestic transit before it's delivered to you. The tracking information will be provided to you in the last week after the items arrive in the US, your patience would be rather appreciated during the process.
Return & Exchange
If you ordered a custom-made product, we're sorry that we can't accept your bag for return. Unfortunately, although we think your bag is beautiful, we can't take it back. All sales are final on custom-made bags. Returns or exchanges are not acceptable.
Since the custom products do not provide serial numbers yet, we are temporarily unable to provide you with a 2-year warranty for your customized products. Of course, if you have any questions, please feel free to communicate with support@tomtoc.com, we will help you out.
